Eggplant Paste

Ingredients (4 persons)

  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 package of feta (200g)
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggplants length-wise, cover the cut surface with olive oil
  2. Set the oven to 220C°, put the eggplants in the oven, lay them on the cut surface, leave in oven for 40m
  3. Slice the garlic, wait for the eggplant
  4. Give feta, eggplants and garlic to a food processor until the paste has the right consistency
  5. Add salt & pepper
