Eggplant Paste

Ingredients (4 persons)
- 2 eggplants
- 1 package of feta (200g)
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the eggplants length-wise, cover the cut surface with olive oil
- Set the oven to 220C°, put the eggplants in the oven, lay them on the cut surface, leave in oven for 40m
- Slice the garlic, wait for the eggplant
- Give feta, eggplants and garlic to a food processor until the paste has the right consistency
- Add salt & pepper
