Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 90g sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 package of Lebkuchengewürz
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250g ground almonds
- 250g ground hazelnuts
- 100g orangeat (candied orange)
- 100g zitronat (candied lemon)
- wafers
- 250 chocolate
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, sugar and honey
- Put orangeat and zitronat in a mixer and create a fine-grained substance
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Form small balls from the mass and put it on the wafers
- Bake at 150-160°C for about 20-30 minutes
- Cover the Lebkuchen with chocolate after they got colder
