Garlic Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 bunches of ramen noodles
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
  • 2 ts sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 2 stalks of spring onions
  • 200g broccoli

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to instructions
  2. Peel and mince garlic and ginger, cut the spring onion
  3. Steam the broccoli
  4. Heat up a pan using the vegetable oil and saute the garlic and ginger
  5. Add sugar, sriracha and soy sauce, mix everything
  6. Turn down heat and wait until sauce becomes sticky
  7. Add noodles, spring onions and broccoli
  8. Add sesame oil, serve
