Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 250g lentals
- 3-4 rather big potatoes
- 1 big carrot
- 1 cellerie
- 1 onion
- 0.5 leek
- 4 wiener sausages
- cumin
- parsley
- 2 bay leaves
For seasoning:
- Vinegar
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Chop the onion and the leek
- Chop the potatoes, carrot and cellerie into equally sized pieces
- Add the lentals to the crockpot and fill water just until the lentals are covered
- Cook for 4-5 hours on level high
- (Optional) 20 minutes before the time is up: If desired, mash the soup ingredients
- 20 minutes before the time’s up, start chopping the wieners and pour them into the soup.
