Naan

Ingredients
- 1/2 block of yeast
- 2 tb of sugar
- 150ml milk, room temperature
- 500g flour
- 150g yoghurt
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 egg
For garlic Naan
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Butter
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a bowl, add 1/2 Tbsp sugar and yeast. Stir for a bit. Leave it alone for 20 minutes so that the yeast is dissvoled
- Once the 20 minutes are over, get another big bowl and put a pinch of salt and the rest of the sugar (1.5 Tbsp) into it with all the other ingredients. Stir everything and then knead for about 10 minutes until you have a smooth dough. Add a little bit of vegetable oil to the bottom of the bowl and roll the ball in it. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for an hour
- Heat up your pizza oven
- After the hour is over, you should now have around the double amount of dough. Knead again and split the dough into 6-8 evenly sized balls
- Roll out a single ball of dough, put it on the hot surface. The dough can easily burn, so watch out and turn after a short period of time
For garlic Naan
- Mince garlic, add to a small bowl
- Add some butter to it and put it in the microwave to melt
- Cover naan with butter garlic sauce after immediatly after they come out of the oven
