Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 green bell pepper
  • 3 medium-large onion
  • 2 chilli pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  2. Put the diced ingredients in a saucepan without a lid and cook over medium heat for about 1-1,5 hours, until the salsa has a creamy substance
